The water slides and arcade were great for the kids and they really enjoyed the pools.

Too many sales people trying to sell a membership or coupon for future travel. It takes away from your relaxation.

Time share sellers are pushy, but definitely enjoyed my stay!

The facilities were clean. The room was clean. The food was good. The breakfast buffet was the best. The hibachi and Brazilian restaurants were good also. Toro, the steak restaurant was not good. The seafood nor meats were seasoned.

This is a timeshare property so be prepared to be harassed as your checking in and checking out. And they get mad if you politely decline.

That we had to wait so long for dinner and only one restaurant took reservations. We tried to get in the steak restaurant every night but never could get in. Hotel seemed under staffed.

Not worth it for families with small kids

The hotel is new, and the rooms are spacious and confortable, the beach front is really nice, the pool and slides are nice.

The staff is not prepared to handle guests at all. The music is too loud in the reception. There was one night which they started a very loud music at 9pm, it seemes like there was a dj in my balcony. And it went til 10pm. People took towels from the pool to outside tours, and when i asked a towel to take on mine, they blocked 100usd per towel on my credit card for 6 towels

We loved our stay but not the sales people onsite

We loved how clean the property was. The staff was very attentive and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the excursion and they had a variety of options you could choose from. Our room was very beautiful and clean. We loved how there was always something to do at night. They have live music and events every single night. The weather was beautiful in July and we didn’t have any complaints about how warm it was in the summer.

We were extremely upset with how much some of the staff tried to sell you on packages. They would not leave us alone until we said yes about something. We were promised a couples massage if we accepted eating breakfast with a sales team (not sure what you call them) and an excursion as well. Well unfortunately the couples massage was definitely not free and neither was the excursion. They trick you into thinking that if you have breakfast with a sales rep and listen to their time share offers then you will still get these 2 things for free even if you decline the time share. I was so upset that I spent my whole morning listening to a sales person just to be told that the massage nor the excursion is free. So just beware any people walking around trying to sell you stuff.

I didn’t like the people who try to get you to do hotels tours for other hotels and they give so called free adventures they don’t take no for a answer so I finally had to be mean and be like no just no period don’t ask again stop harassing me they calm your room at 8 in the morning and wake you up with same pitch line very annoying

It was a great family vacation. The restaurants were amazing.

Food was amazing and the atmosphere was great.

Needed more bartenders in the pool areas. The bartenders were overworked. They didn’t look pleased to be there.

Wonderful

Clean, spacious and well-equipped room. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are many restaurants on the property to choose from. We were lucky and got to enjoy the Indian food from Chef Hari Dev on one of the night events. Highly recommend.

It's all-inclusive, and that's nice!

The rooms are very nice and the beds are so comfortable! The tub on the balcony is an added bonus. I loved the many choices of pools (but, didn't like how they have closing hours).

Restaurants were always crowded and you had to wait very long to get a table (even with reservations). It is beachfront but you can't swim in the ocean (very rough tides, don't try!). The service at the pools is minimal and the menu is basic. Sidenote: I don't think I ate or drank enough to justify the cost, I stayed here for a wedding, so it was nice to be with everyone and indulge, but we spent the other half of our trip in a hotel in the city center and enjoyed it much more!

Great Hotel, plenty of yummy food, friendly people.

The hotel is pretty, fairly new and the most important: the pools are heated! There are three small slides by the main pool. The restaurants are great, even though Toro (the steakhouse) is hard to get in, we were able to eat there twice:) You do not need reservation for any of the restaurants, but Toro gets booked pretty quickly, so if you want to eat there, make sure you are there at 6 pm to get a spot. It might take 1-2 hours, but you can leave and come back. The other restaurants are never this busy. They are Italian, Brazilian, Asian and American. There is free room service anytime you want, so if you miss any meal at the restaurants you can just call for food to your room. You can also asked for any food and drinks at the pool, they will bring it to your chair. The service is awesome, people are very friendly and caring. They always have a smile for you, they want to help you and make your stay unforgettable. I like that there are plenty of choices for food, nobody bothers you, they just want you to have fun and be free to help yourself to whatever you want and as much as you want. I felt free and relaxed. They cleaned our room everyday and restocked the coffee and the fridge :) The room smelled a bit because of the humidity. The resort is the destination since there is nothing to do around there. It is far from the airport, the taxi is $100 one way. Downtown is $35 one way. The beach is open for walking and tanning, but you can't swim there because the ocean is very rough and the water is cold anyway, but there are plenty of pools in the hotel. There are shows at night, you just need to pay attention to the schedule to see where they would take place. The weather is great! It gets a bit windy but not too bad. (we were there middle of July) The gym is pretty decent, they have classes everyday too. The spa is not included. There are a few stores to go shopping but nothing exciting. You really do not need any money here, except to tip the waiter

PROS: Every room has its own bathtub on the patio. I love that you do not need a key to get to the room. You do not need pesos, they accept dollars everywhere. They speak English everywhere as well. CONS: It is very expensive, but I think they really give you all you want and do not push for less. The front desk is always busy, the check-in and check-out takes forever. The game room is always missing the balls for the Foosball table. The maid sometimes does not clean the room floor. The bowling alley is not included. $120 per hour. The water in the main pool is kind of cold. It gets windy in the afternoon. Towels by the pool are too old and super thin. Service at the Pizzeto and by the pool side is horrible. These guys always have an attitude and are very unfriendly. They promised to lend a yoga kit but it was impossible to get it, nobody really knew how to get it. They gym closes at 7 pm, it should be open 24h like in regular hotels. Overall, it is a very expensive all-inclusive hotel. Not much of entertainment for adults.
